Tawakal Impex International places highest emphasis on manufacturing of its products with consistent quality and producing right the first time, on time and every time, to ensure customer satisfaction in all respects.

KNITTED UNIT

We have our knitting machines setup for fabric production, It is furnished be the world renowned knitting machines manufacturers from USA, Italy and Korea.

DYEING UNIT

We have outsource fabric dyeing and garment wash facilities , For this purpose we have trained commercial team staff to meet customer standards.

CUTTING UNIT

We have equipped with auto spreader, cutting tables fabric. The company is planning to add further new technology auto cutter as well. We have cutting more than 400,000 Pcs /month

STITCHING UNIT

We have a vast range of stitching unit, that is fully equipped with latest automatic and semi automatic machines. This gives us flexibility and speed to produce many types of garments.

FINISHING UNIT

Our Finishing Department consists on four sections; Cropping, Pressing, Checking and Packing. well experienced staff work in all sections.

QUAILTY LAB

Our Lab has calibrated instruments for testing of different textile Products and chemicals. All tests are carried out as per ISO and ASTM standards.
